  I have tried every single step that you have suggested, but none of them worked. Note: Add-ins of type Document Inspector are enabled using a different method. Once you click install, the large Office suite may take a while to download, ending up in the Downloads folder. So, two questions: how can I locate that folder and restore it to my desktop obviously moving it from the desktop caused a problem, but I don't know how I got it there in the first place.
